American Trigger Corp. is seeking partnerships with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) who share our commitment to quality and precision. If you manufacture AR platform rifles and are interested in incorporating our high-performance triggers into your products, we invite you to explore an OEM partnership.

Key Aspects of Our OEM Relationships:

General Requirements:

• Must provide a copy of a valid Type 7 Federal Firearms License (FFL).
• Must provide a reseller's license.
• Must manufacture AR platform rifles that adhere to Mil-Spec design guidelines concerning pin location and Bolt Carrier Group (BCG) height.
• No Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs).

Payment Terms:

• Payment methods: Check or bank transfer (a 4% surcharge applies for credit card payments).
• Pre-payment is required for the first order.
• Subsequent orders may be paid on NET 30 terms.

Product Sales and Marketing:

• All OEM triggers must be sold exclusively within complete AR platform rifles.
• OEM triggers are strictly prohibited from being sold as standalone accessories.
• Non-OEM triggers can be sold as accessories at Dealer Pricing.
• OEM triggers are fixed (non-adjustable).
• OEM pricing must be kept strictly confidential.
• Lead times will apply to larger orders. Please discuss order quantities and expectations prior to placing an order.

Shipping:

• Shipping costs will be added to your order via UPS or USPS unless otherwise specified.
• If you prefer to use your own shipping account, we can accommodate UPS or FedEx accounts.

Notes on Ordering:

• When paying by card through the website, shipping rates will be corrected before your card is charged. We only capture the funds when the order ships.
• If you’d like the shipping to be charged to your UPS or FedEx account, please provide your account number.
• All sales must be prepaid before shipping. If you use a credit card, there will be a 4% surcharge on all orders over $2000. You cannot place multiple orders under $2000 within 30 days of each other to counteract this policy. We also accept checks or electronic funds transfers.
• You MUST adhere to MAP pricing for all products outlined on our Dealer Pricing.
